A new standard 

We recently released the first version of the Pomar Condition Scoring System. Three years in development, the Pomar System is the first automated condition model (ACM) that provides condition scoring and renewal costs for a small fraction of inspection costs. Built with advanced analytics, the system is highly accurate and scalable to serve the individual home buyer as well as the national scale online real estate site.
